So, I received a Probation Before Justice (PBJ) for traffic violations (it was an accident) a little over a year ago (November 08). I paid on that same court day and received a 10 day probation which I successfully completed. However, I never received a "compliance hearing" letter. Is this a problem? Are compliance hearings given for traffic violation PBJs even if I paid on the spot that day and completed my 10 day period?
