    Cool Gambling in private clubs

How can a private club, such as a Moose Lodge, have slot machines that pay out to members, as well as non-members? I was under the impression that it was illegal to do so. How do they get away with it, without having to account for the monies?

There is a lot of information missing form your question. Gambling like that is illegal. It is regulated for a non profit. It may not be what it appears to be. token rather than money may be paid out. The machines may be antiques.
