Hello Connecticut!! I would like to know what the laws are and my re-courses avalable for my situation, I am a private caregiver for the elderly/sick. The POA for the elderly women I am taking care of short changes my pay weekly and refuses to pay. Totaling almost $10 thousand now and counting. What can I do??

Yes, don't you have a written contract that specifies the pay and other terms of your work? I hope it is not one of those verbal agreements with under-the-table cash deals, because if it is, you are out of luck.
