In the state of Colorado, if you ask to remain anonymous but the police disregard it and mention your name anyways, is this illegal?

In what context? Did you complain about a neighbor's dog barking and keeping you up at night? Did you call in a complaint about the neighbor's wife walking in front of their bay window naked? Did you tell an officer about a newly opened "crack house" on the corner? Did you witness a murder? What sort of thing are you talking about?
