How can you be confident that your employer is compensating you fairly on a sale you make?
Fair? I think what you will be compensated for each sale was told to you when you were hired. It will always benefit your employer more than you. That's capitalism.
That's just it! The employer wasn't forthcoming with anything clear, detailed, or defining about what his idea of a commission was. My 'friend' had never been a salesperson before he took this job. I read through a couple of statues looking for some kind of formula to figure a fair amount. Does my 'friend' have any redress in this matter? Is there anyway he can make his employer give him a 'number' or percentage?
Can somebody please tell me what is the exact amount that can be called "fair" in case of compensation from an employee's point of view? Can someone please explain numerically?
