Payday loans are scary.
The last time I took out a payday loan, the blank cheque I gave them, they put my name in the "pay to order"??? Then they deposit it when due, and receive the funds. How is that possible, and is there anything illegal about it?
I was told by my bank a few months ago that you cannot write a cheque to yourself, it is fraud!
There must be a reason why the loan company didn't put there own name on that cheque. I'm just puzzled??
Sure would be interested to hear any and all comments.
Helpful corner about payday loan. With an installment payday loan, you get to choose your own terms for your loan. Rather than paying it all back at once, you can do it over a few paychecks. That is especially helpful when the emergency costs more money than you would like to pay. You still get the money very quickly; you just have more flexible terms for paying it all back.
Thanks and best regards,
