i have had a knee injury since i was in grade 5 and im now 25 years of age i have asked other doctors what they would have done with my knee injury and they said that they would have put it in a cast well my doctor put me in a knee brace and now its disfigured and hurts all the time swells up all the time i have to be very picky with work i chose to do because if im lifting heavy things it wants to blow out i have had it blow out just by running i cant even play with my son in the yard without suffering later can i sue my doctor for this???? i have had so much grief in my life over this.
