hey there,
i have a small stud above my lip and i started my first day of work today in alberta canada.
my manager told me repeatedly that i would need to take it out or wear a clear stud.. i dont have money for a clear stud so i told him that and he said 'well sorry'
he also let me know that nose piercings are acceptable in his work place..?

do i have any legal backing for keeping my piercing in or not?
i work at a grocery store as a cashier and am offended by my managers closed mind.
