Small Claims Court Paralegals
Hello all.
I just wanted to take a moment to discuss paralegals in Ontario.
Not many people realize that paralegals are now being regulated in Ontario, and have been since 2007. Paralegals must now carry a licence from the Law Society of Upper Canada and carry errors and omissions insurance in order to practice.
I'd like to answer any questions you may have regarding paralegals and/or your Small Claims Court matter.
