Posting Movie set photos from inside closed set

Is it legal to post photos that were taken inside of a closed movie set? The person who took them did not break in, they were allowed in by a crew member, and then also given permission to take the photos. Is there anything to worry about when posting those photos online?

The movie has not finished filming, but they have stopped filming at this particular location.

It all takes place in Canada.

The key to the answer is to look at the "permission" that was given. So long as you used the photos in a way that was consistent with the "permission" you were given then it is legal. I suspect that the "permission" given and the actual use of the photos may be different. You cannot make any money on the posting, too. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the response, I was told that I could take the photos, but that I couldn't sell them. So I would assume that I am then allowed to post them online without making money from them?
