Country, Canada. My wife and I own a small business. We each have 50% ownership as partners. She is using the business computer and business internet connection to have an affair with an old boyfriend. Do I have any rights to monitor my business computer for usage other then that of business (eventhough she is also an owner)? I have my own...more then full time job....and she spends a great deal of time "chatting" instead of running the business. Employee's are also using the computer for personal use. Please help!!!
