    Default change the formality in court?

    Is it legal to change the traditional roles of the courts actors to have a team approach? Is it possible to have a relaxing of of formality of procedures?

    Yes. It is. Suggest a Mediation procedure or an Arbitration hearing or a Settlement Conference. All 3 are much more cordial that Court and may very well lead to a final resolution of the dispute.
