I have join custody of my child and the court order specify that the child is now allowed to be taken out of the country without written , noterised concent . The visitation right is set for every weekend and wednesday after school .

On Jan 07, 2010 (one day after I droped the child ) I recieved a letter from the mother through one of her friends stating that she is gone on vacation with the child to Brazil for 2 months . She also left the address where she is staying and a phone number for me to contact the child . by the way the child goes to school and he is in grate 2 .

I contacted the police and filed a report of child abduction . They told me that she has a return ticket and that they can not do anything about it . They refused to even investigate as to how was she able to take the child out of the country with out a concent .

I think you need to get a good lawyer that is from outside of your city and possible state that has the same civil/family llaws as your city and go from there.
