Any one know if it is illegal to harvest and sell dragonfly wings in canada? I am going to go check out Peta site.

No, unless the species is endangered, then it would be illegal. Although, from an animal rights point of view: that's wrong no matter which way you slice it. I sincerely hope you're not actually planning on doing this!
You would need a business license to do that anyways.
