    Default His Stuff?

    HI, I'm new here and all I want to know is... he doesn't want to come and get HIS stuff in my house, what are my legal rights on this? Am I responsible for HIS stuff? Can I throw it outside as he had many opportunities to come get his stuff, he just won't... grrrr...HELP!!!

    I don't think that you have any obligation to store or care for his possessions, unless you've made an agreement to do so.

    It may be good to document attempts you've made to get him to come get his stuff before throwing it out.
