I would like to know if an error has be made in a legal documented offer / package can I hold the party to what is written?

It reads, " You will receive a payment of $XXXX (the amount is the error) representing the equivalent of 1 month of TPA per years of service (Max of 12 months)"

The amount listed is the annulized amount. The document does't have E&OE listed any where on the document.

Can I hold them to this amount ...per years of service?
