My grandpa passed away when I was 16. I had someone take a look at the will for me and it said that when the grandchildren turn 21 they are entitled to some money from him from the will. I am now 23 and have never received anything. My grandma was named as the executor on the will and she and I do not get along and she probally would hate giving me money from it, let alone mention that I was supposed to get any. My question is does she have to give me this money because it was in the will or can she choose to or not? Is there anything I can do? This is in Ontario, and Im not sure if other grandchildren received anything but they could have. Thanks.
