I have been legally separated in Ontario for 2 years. I use a big lawyer firm to handle my separation, however, it seems, the lawyers representing me keep leaving the firm to venture out on their own. The firm charges me to transfer my file to another lawyer to represent me within their firm. They discuss the file amongst themselves and then charge me the hourly fee every time they do this. I have spent over $3K and have nothing except legal separation documents with tentative custody (that I drew up myself). He has the house, the property and our insurance brokerage business that we started up together. I have had to move out, purchase everything new again, including clothes for my children that live me with every other week, continue with university tuition on my own for one daughter and have nothing. My lawyer keeps asking for more and more money but hasnt done anything for me yet. I have NO money and need settlement. If they get me my share of the house and the property and the business, I am more than happy to pay them first.
I am paying them a little every month to try to settle my current balance. What do i do?

This is very wrong the way you are being treated. If you are in a Court (your divorce court) file a document telling the Judge what is going on and asking for a hearing to get the abuses stoped. Additionally, yo should file a complaint with the entity who regulates licensing attorneys - in the USA it is the Supreme Court of each state (like the Colorado Supreme Court). You should also have a local Bar or attorney's association. File a complaint there, too. You are getting taken by your attorneys. So sorry to see that. Despite what the movies show, it is very rare for attorneys to do this to you and makes me sick.
