    Default Family Court Order

I live in Quebec and the father of my wifes children Lives in Ontario

My wife has 2 children from her first relationship a 3 year old and a 2 year old. the 2 year old has not been registered because of the ex-husbands reluctance to sign the paper work. We have been to family court and full custody of both children has been awarded to my Wife. The court has told the ex-husband he is to call the children every week on Wednesday at 11 a.m. it has been 8 months and we still have not gotten a call on Wednesday we receive calls every few months asking when we will be bringing the kids to see them (as stated in the custody order when we are in town we have to let him see the kids which we have done) we are tired of the harassing phone calls and do not feeling comfortable leaving our children with someone they don't know. Is there anything we can do?

This is a very common problem. The Courts deal with it constantly. Apply to the Court for a revision of the Order. Ask the court to change the requirements to meet your needs. Sounds like you have a strong basis to get a Court to change the Order. Good luck.
