I have a situation where i have been named sepcifically in a contract between 2 companies, but i have not been given anything in writing to consent to this and i have not been notified as to how I specifically am being used in this contract. Is there any documentation available that would state my rights under canadian law regarding this type of issue.
Bob.
Yes you can be named in a contract without your consent. However, the contract cannot be enforced against you if you do not sign the contract and did not give your consent.
