Need answers...??
My common law boyfriend of 11yrs has 2 daughters from his 1st marriage. They are 16 and 20yrs. I really don't get along with the 20yr old, have told her that she is no longer welcomed in my home. The house we live in is in my name and her fathers. I have told him many times that I don't want her to come over. He says that he is obligated according to his court order. I think he is lying. How old is the cut off until one of the parents stops child support?? The 20 year old doesn't work and doesn't go to school.
Could I keep her from coming into my house??
