A prior employer of mine had called me 6 months after i quit. he had fuel stolen from him that month totaling alot from a fuel card of his i had been gone for 6 months at this time he had accused me of coming back and stealing it after making statements to the rcmp and submiting my logs from my new job for the time in question i was proven not involved i was recently let go and think it was due do him calling and saying i had stolen fuel from him and breaking equipment (never had one down day from breakdown) now with my new employer he was told i was a theif and a vandal we rent a shop to park at and they now wont let me in to drop off paper work my new boss has full confidence in me due to my work and references so we are moving shops is this "slander" what can i do????
