hi i was wondering if my husband could keep his children no one has custody of the children they been living with her but she allows the to do what ever they want go anywhere by their selfs at the age of 4-8 and they live in a business place and the kids dont to the doctors and they health is very poor and they are tooking care of she just wants money so i would like to know since no one has custody of the children if he could keep them and give her court papers hope someone could help me out thanks
