Hello,
I own a franchise in BC. Franchisor is a BC based company. There are a few other locations and less than 10 franchisees.

I have heard that BC law is very much in favor of the franchisor.

my question is:
1. Are franchisees allowed to create a franchisee association in BC?
2. I know for a fact that the Franchisor is using the marketing fund to fund its own franchise sales and absolutely nothing towards marketing of existing locations. What are my remedies?
