Hello,
Recently I hired a company to do some work on my house. They provided a substandard workmanship. All my calls to the person representing the company went unanswered. The company has been payed in full, as per their invoice. Now I'm ready to take this matter to the small claims court. However, the corporate search on this company turned out that the company's status is "struck off" for failing to file annual reports for the last couple of years.
What does this mean, and what are my options?
Thanks
