I don't think it is legal. They had not even achieved the legal age, and in most countries this will be viewed as an illegal one.

In Canada, if you are under the age of consent (16), it is illegal to have *** even if your parents consent. So to answer your question specifically, no, it's not legal for a parent to allow any under age children to have *** in their home at any time.

Allowing a minor to do this is infact illegal, if it is with parental consent or not, the act itself is illegal until the age on consent which is 16.

Hi; Im in Ontario. Somewhere close to two years or so ago here, everyone around here heard of a change of age of consent. Word was it dropped from 16 to 13, if both persons are under 16, but over 13. If 16 to 18, again, both in that age group. Sounds ridiculous, thats why I remember. Over 18 of course, usual rules. Don't have that issue with mine so I never took the time to confirm or deny the info., The 16 thing may or may not be old news but rest assured when the talk went around here, parents did not like it, and hoped to be mistaken. I think the idea got dropped, instead of passed. Worth further check though. Oh, as a parent, if you don't mind, an important point may not have gotten propper attention, please excuse, on the allow factor, IT IS YOUR HOUSE!!!!! Thanks I feel better. I also live in Ontario. I remember the brooha over the age of consent issue. What I remember of it is that the age was to be lowered from 14 to 12. I personally don't agree to either age. And to make it more confusing, even if the minor gives consent there are other laws that the person having *** with them is still liable to charges of contributing to the ***ual delinquency of a minor. There was a case quoted of a 16 year old boy and his 14 year old girlfriend having engaged in the activity and he being charged after with the Contributing offense despite her consent. When it comes to minors there is no clear answer except to just say no evidently.

Wow, does anyone even both to check their facts on this website? Considering the Dept. of Justice has the entire criminal code online i really can't see any excuse for 100% of the posts in this thread.

While its true that the age of consent in Canada is now 16 (it was actually only 14 until just over a year ago), there are a number of "close in age" exceptions included in the law. You can read them for yourself here Criminal Code but it essentially says that so long as there is there is no more than a 5 yr age difference between the two parties and the 2 parties are age 14 + (in the case of 12-13yr olds the age gap is lessened to 2yrs) then they may engage in consensual ***. This means that the consent of the parent(s) is irrelevant and it is perfectly legal to allow a 14 and 15 yr old to have weekly, consensual *** in one's house.
