I had a revenue property in a numbered company. The city demolished the building even though renovations were allowed. I went to arbitration and have a strong case but cant afford the retainer, no one tries cases on contingency it seems. I was told because the owner is a corporation I need a lawyer. I have defended myself in court in the past and feel confident I can do a good job. I prepared all statements and understand the law. Thanx
