Hello all:
Please make some comments about my legal case below. I like to know what civil case (Statement claims) you think might be best to establish in this case.
Below is a briefe of my legal issues/service needs:
I am looking for the cicil lawyer in a reputable multiple service lawfirms, who will take contingency fees, and reasonable contracts with me. ie: Raymond and Raymond lawfirm in the U.states, but they must be able to practise law in Ontario, Canada.
Here is a short version of the case: Involve with Civil litigation in Nursing home corporation owns by my common law hus band of about 10 years, who is now not with me any more. I belive that the corporation was arranged to put in the receivership, part of the reasons was to aviod paying financail support to me because part of the reasons for receivership is not clear and unlikely to have illigitimate reasons to continue the receivership up to now since 2006. The bottom line is, the corporation makes about $2 million surplus from over $20 million revenue/year. That means, it generates about over $2 million income of cash flow per month. There is no reason why it cannot continue to pay my home mortgage of about $1450/mounth (based on current lowest mortgage interest of 2%). No matter where I live, I may have to pay more than this amount. They are forcing me to sale my house, which I don't want to.
If you know any lawyers/firms who might be interest to look into this case, please forward their contacs to me.
Thanks you.
