I live in Ontario and I'm trying to find out about my rights as to when I can change the locks on mine and my cheating husbands home.If he leaves our home for a couple of days and doesnt tell me....can I assume that he has left (even if he does come back at some point) and change the door locks and is there a waiting period before I can do so legally.
