i commit to buy a car from the dealership sign the vehicle purchase agreement and had to put a deposit money, 2 days before the pickup date i had to go from a full time to a part time job. we decided that we will just cancel the sale but they said that they already transferred the ownership and i have to pay for the cost. what is my legal rights? can I still get my deposit which i believe i won't and do I have to pay the dealership for the transfer fee?

Please help... thank you in advance

The dealer should not have been able to transfer the title until the car arrived. You will have to pay all reasonable and actual cost, for the dealer, caused by your cancelling the sale.
