In Victoria BC , there is a Condo developement built on Aboriginal land under a 99 yr lease . Is it legal or possible for a Private landowner to lease their land out for 99yrs , to save the process of subdiving their land? The land I would like to lease to another person for their lifetime is zoned Agricultural land
