Is it illegal for a wholesale company to stop selling to a retail customer? This is due to a territorial issue, however, there has not been a signed agreement re: this issue.
There has to be some sort of legal agreement/order that states you cannot enter the store. Either that or they need a legal restraining order to keep your away from the premises. If they do not wish to obtain any of those you can seek legal action. Sometimes if you tell a store owner you will seek legal action you will suddenly become their best friend. The main point though, what the store owner/manager is doing to you is downright illegal. If you wish to seek action you should do so because you will probably win. What is the owner/manager going to testify in court? "Yes, your Honour. I did not let him in the store because we sell hardware and he sells hardware too, and we don't like him for that...". Case closed...
