Hi, is it legal for anyone, even the executor, to cash in Flexterm deposits that are in the deceased's name, during the probate period? Also, is the lawyer who is working for the deceased person, i.e. he wrote up the will, sent copies to the beneficiaries, gave probate to the executor etc., supposed to check with the credit union that all assets that the executor has declared are correct? thanks, Taya
