Default Mother's Rights

I am so unhappy. I want to file for divorce and move on but he is going to make it hard on me. I feel like it would be easier for me to pick up and leave and then get my son once I get settled. As hard as that would be he is better off without both parents unhappy in the house. If I leave would I be infringing on my rights of custody of my child?

I live in florida and have been divorced for almost 5 years now...If he is going to make it hard on you...DO NOT leave your son....The man can claim that you abandonded your child...That you don't want it makes you look very bad in court...So if you leave him take your child and/or children no matter what....as you can claim your taking you and your child out of a bad environment...because I was there in a not so happy marriage....I got my two kids and I out ...and now they are so much better mentally and emotionally...Stress between parents do affect a child and/or children well being.
