Is it legal for an ex boyfriend to text nude pictures of his ex girl friend to all of the people they knew...and then some?

She asked him to postpone the wedding and he retaliated by texting nude pictures of her to everyone he knows.

This shamed her, and resulted in her being evicted from the house she was living in. She is under 21, but over 18.

He did not have her permission to show those pictures to anyone and took them under her protest.
