my husband was driving an 18 wheeler and was given a ticket. He pulled over to the far left lane as he approached a police car with lights flashing. Before he knew it, the police pulled him over and gave him a ticket. Apparently, he wasn't supposed to be in the third lane even if it was to obey another law...Is it legal?
