    If some one gets a class C felony, Can thay lose ther real estate

    I am not an attorney and this is not legal advice. Your post is not specific. You did not mention the specific crime or the state. (Presumably Arkansas) In my experience there are few laws that allow deprvation of property. (This is a fundamental COnstituional right) But the result of incarceration, in the absence of maintaining real estate, could result in loss. If this is a significant concern you need to talk to an attorney.
