    Default 4-wheel racer

    Is it legal for my 12 year old neighbor to race up and down our street (in the country) on his 4 wheeler ATV. We live in a little residential cul-de-sac in the country where dogs and children pretty much run free. Before we talk to his father I was trying to find out if he's even aloud on the street with that thing at his age.

    He is allowed to drive it, but I think racing goes to far. I'll have to search this up.
