2 part question...
1. My friend is in jail right now for minor warrents. While he sits in jail, his ex-girlfriend let herself into his trailer and cleaned the place out. She is not on the title for the trailer or the lease for the space. Did she have legal right to enter his home without him being there?
2. Since he owns the trailer but leases the space, does the landlord (park manager) have legal right to let someone gain access to his residence?

While your friend sits in jail, there is probably nothing he can do about someone getting into his apartment. When he gets out, he can file charges, but by that time, it might be too late to recover any of his stuff.
