I am the owner of a licensed Landscaping Business in Sierra Vista and am going to court on Monday and wanted to know opinions on how I will fair. The quick run down is...we were providing service to a client on routine work and to try and get some areas of dead grass to grow. We received a letter that the owner was not satisfied with our work so we refunded all monies for the service provided. A week later we received a letter that she was terminating us and a month after that received a letter and invoice in the amount of $5000.00 she says we owe for the repairs. She has changed the yard completely with this work and feel we are not responsible for this upgrade and further more were not given the opportunity for repair so here we are. What do you think?
