How long can an employer withhold final paycheck while in Ch. 11?
My husbands former employer keeps telling us that payroll has been submitted to the courts but somehow everyone that is still currently employed is getting a paycheck, but my husband cannot get his final check. It has now been about 8 weeks since he quit working there. Any advice?
