I am wondering is it legal to make false allegations to judges and police officers in order to get an expartee. I have a situations where I am being harassed by police social services and even with someone making false allegations to get expartees. The sole purpose is so he doesn't have to pay child support. However I cant find a legal means of getting him to stop. I need help. Why Me.

I think your plan is logically right, but I don't think it is the only option left for you, further some may consider it as a illegal thing. Explore other options to solve this before taking this method.

I'd get a lawyer if I were you. It isn't legal for someone to make false accusations against you. You're best bet is to get proof that they are false even though the other party has to prove that their accusations are true.
If the police are involved and social services a lawyer would be better able to handle it. You shouldn't go through this alone without any knowledge of the law.

The judge determined his allegations were false. he wouldnt grant an expartee so now he is trying a second time. The social workers also determined the allegations are false. I am a licence foster parent for Gosh Sakes. Even the police that has came to my house has determined that he called in false reports. I tried to get our prosecutors to file charges against him or harassment but they wont do it.
I cant afford a lawyer to fight him in court on this matter. I dont understand why no one will make him stop. I shouldnt have to pay a lawyer to take him to court when everyone is already determined he is lying.
Instead of the judges or police making him stop they just let him do it and they come to my house and invstigate or I have to go to court and tell a judge this stuff didnt happen.
Its my x husband and he has even told me he will do what ever it takes not to pay his child support. I took him back to court on this and the judge didnt even care. Instead the judge gave him my tax deductions on the kids. Which equals more than the amount he pays on child support I might add.
His lawyer plays golf with our judge. Now how fair is that.

I am under the impressions that it is against the law to file false allegations and claims. It therefor would be illegal.
