I was wondering whether it is legal to threaten someone at the point of gun for something they committed against us. Whether it would be justified to threaten someone who is doing bad things on us.

It's not legal unless you have a permit to own the gun and to have it in public. But why would you threaten someone with it? Go to the police better. Threatening a person by holding a gun on them can go bad very quickly. They could easily take it from you and use it against you.
I would never threaten anyone with a gun. I'd rater run away and look like a coward. At least I'd still be alive to run away another day.
Threatening someone with a gun is a felony. You can only use a gun as a deterrant or a weapon if a sufficient, justified threat appears

Any sort of threat that involves killing someone is not legal. If you point a gun at someone, you are threatening to kill them. It is legal if you are in the military and at war.

If you have enough ground for self defense then it could be legal but not for example if their actions or threats are not life threatening.

Regardless of how you are licensed for using the gun, you cannot use it to threaten. When you pull a gun on someone they are free to assume that you mean to take their life.
