is it leagal to put down any father on birth certificate as long as they agree? My child is going to fatherless but there is someone who wants to be his father and has taken up all responsibility for him and i really want to include him on the birth certificate for many reasons and benefits for the child

if u don't know who the father is then yes.....but if u know then that would b fraud......forging document ect....

what are you trying to accomplish?
remember:
the birth certificate is evidence that you made an application for life birth/certificate of manifast for a maritime admiralty product/the child and by doing so the child is already a ward of the state and surety for the so called national debt
if you birthed the child under a marriage contract aka marriage liscense the courts consider the child as "born fruit"
these and other criteria allow DSS and other fictions to come in and take control.
