As far as I know, you have to follow the laws regarding misdemeanors and probation in the state that got the judgment against you.
Some states allow a move if you have a probation or parole officer already set up at your destination, meaning that the legal system where you are has to give permission and you have to provide proof that you have legal supervision, once you have moved.

You can transfer but you need the judge's approval. Don't go without it, that will end up harming yourself .
Explain to the judge why you need to move and it will be approved.

You should speak with your probation officer and he could transfer your probation to another probation office in your new state. I do believe that you require the permission of the court as well.
