In 1992 I was convicted of possession of marijuana with intent to sell, a class C felony, under the old law. On February 2nd 2007 I was released from parole 5 years early and issued a certificate of discharge from the Kansas parole board.
I have been clean and sober for almost 5 years now and in the interest of cleaning up the wreckage of my past, I wish to have this felony expunged.
What action is required on my part and what stipulations are there in order to facilitate an expungment if, indeed, it's even an option?
