Is it legal to own a drive a fully loaded police car (without the overhead lights) in South Carolina?:confused:

You need to check the laws in South Carolina. Usually, official service vehicles need their markings removed when driven by a "civilian".
I have no clue if this extends to things found inside the car, though.

It's legal as long as you don't impersonate an officer while in it. You also have to remove anything police-specific (lights, logo paint etc.)
