Is it legal to use warez sites

Is it legal to use warez sites, is there any illegal copyrighted stuffs there. Since we pay a small membership fee for joining warez sites, would that be legal to download their movies and music stuffs.

Great question!

I guess part of me says that this would be illegal. However, it seems that a lot of these sites exist. So you would think that if these sites were illegal, they would be shutdown by the RIAA, etc..
