Lease my store

I was wondering if it was legal to partition my store in half and rent the other half out with their own entrance. It would include their store having a sign out front also. What would the legal ramifications be? Anyone know?
Would appreciate any input?!

It depends on the lease which you have with the owner of the commercial space. Normally there is a regulation inside which does not allow for you to sublease the store or a part of it.
