I'm having trouble at home and i have know idea what to do t make it stop. I have Tried everything I know I can so I'm turning to you for help. I'm 16 and my dad is always treating me bad and telling me things he shouldn't tell me and calling me bad names. I would like help.

I don't know about the emancipation part, but if you're being treated badly at home, I'm sure that a social worker could help. Generally a relative is given first consideration to keep a minor before foster care is considered. Look in the yellow pages wherever you live and try to find someone with which you can discuss your situation who is in a position to help you.
